Frequently Asked Questions
Although I typically ship orders within 3 business days, due to the pandemic, all postal services are experiencing severe delays in their shipping times. Also, some countries are not accepting international shipments at all.
Domestic shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending upon how efficient the local post offices are operating and at what capacity (as many post offices are understaffed at this time).
International shipping can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on how long it takes for customs to clear your package.
I apologize for any delays that you may experience, but there is nothing I can do to help when it comes to shipping delays. In these unprecedented times, we are all working our best to make sure your items get to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please continue to be patient with your local post office and your package should still arrive safely, albeit a bit later than expected!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Typically, I will process orders daily, and take them to the post office the next business day. But because I work a full time job outside of this, I would say please expect 1-3 days for processing orders UNLESS your order includes a preorder of some sort. In such a case, you will need to wait until the preorder pins arrive. I do not suggest ordering any other pin alongside a preorder pin unless you are willing to be patient and wait.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Whenever I ship an order, you should receive an email with tracking information right away! You can also download and use the SHOP app on iOS and Android to keep track of all your packages by connecting it to your email!
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES?
I have a no refund policy unless what you receive is not what you purchased. As for returns and exchanges, I generally will not accept them due to how costly and time consuming it is for both parties. However, if you have any sort of issue with an order, please don't hesitate to contact me via email at email@example.com and hopefully I can help fix any issue you are having!
I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your new address right away. If your order has already been processed and you have received a shipping notification, unfortunately there's nothing I can do as your package has already shipped. If the package is returned to me due to incorrect addresses then a reshipment fee will be needed in order to reship the package to your correct address. Because of this, please be sure to double check your mailing address each time you check out to verify it's validity.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A & B GRADE PINS?
I have a Pin Grading page now! But I will definitely do my best to sort through my inventory and provide you with the best possible grade pin I have. If there is a lot of issues with a pin, I will consider it a second and sell it during a Seconds Sale in the future at a discounted rate. However, if you receive a pin and feel as though something major is wrong with it, please feel free to reach out to me via email at email@example.com and I will do my best to make things right! Please also provide photos of the pin in question in your inquiry.
