In regards to pin grading, every shop has their own standards for what is considered a Standard (A) Grade pin versus a Seconds (B) Grade pin. Because of this, and because each pin is made by hand and may contain imperfections, my personal pin grading standards are listed here. I inspect all pins upon receiving the initial shipment and classify them per this grading guide. I always ensure that the customer is receiving the best pins available for the grade in which they purchased.
If any pins you purchase fall under the following criteria, there will be no exchanges given. If you feel as though the pin does not fall under either grading criteria or you feel as though the pin received is not the grade in which you purchased, feel free to contact me and we can try to work something out together! Please be sure to include photographic evidence of the product in question in your inquiry.
